PETTICOAT LANE CHAPTER RECEIVED THEIR CHARTER

On Saturday September 8th, the newest chapter Petticoat Lane received their charter and pinned their members. The meeting was also attended by Penny, Louisiana State President, Betty, Louisiana State Organizer, and some members of Twelfth Night chapter, which was the newest chapter until Petticoat Lane came along. The Twelfth Night members wanted to wish their Petticoat Lane DBE sisters congratulations and good luck.
