March 12, 2002 . . . Twelfth Night Chapter receives its charter
DBE in Louisiana has the best news . . . we have a brand new Chapter. We are all so excited! Based on the North Shore, with members from Covington, Mandeville and Slidell, the new chapter is called "Twelfth Night."
| Twelfth Night's March 12th meeting was attended by Louisiana 1st Vice President Esther, who presented the charter to the chapter regent Stella, and then pinned each new member with their DBE badge. |  |

Twelfth Night is a great group. The chapter boasts a wide variety of ages and home towns, and is complete with a mother-daughter combo. They make a very happy group, don't they?
Standing: Patricia (Louisiana Organizer), Esther (Louisiana 1st Vice-President), Kerry (from Southend), Katie (from New Orleans), Stella (from Southend), Barbara (from Bristol).
Seated: Marion (from Michigan), Gilda (from Belize), Gail (from Inverness, Scotland), Elizabeth (from Ascot).
Absent from this meeting were Liz, Kerin, Michaela and Sasha.
