Some British recipes need mixed spice, which is difficult to find in the US.  

Here's how to make you own:

1 TBSP ground cinnamon

2 tsp ground allspice

2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground coriander

Combine all spices in an airtight container and keep stored in a dark cool place for up to several months.
